How much is the shipping cost?
 
Shipping fee will be determined by weight.

How much do I need to purchase to get free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping. International mail is very expensive and cannot be made free of charge.


How long is it to arrive?


*Express delivery.
Usually, if there is no problem with the customs inspection, it will be delivered in about 1 weeks.
But, International mail may be delayed very much.
It depends on the custom of the country.

*Economy slow mailFor Order up to 2 kg

With tracking number. Your signature is required at the time of delivery.
Usually delivered within 1 or 2 month.

Is the pack delivered to my home mailbox?

No, your pack needs your signature.
It will not be delivered to the mailbox.
Please let us know if you can not sign.

Do I need to pay the customs fee?

Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country.
If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.
Policies on those taxes vary in each country.
Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.



Can you sell refill inks or Japanese spray cans?

No, dangerous goods can not be sent by airplane or boat.
It will not be accepted by the Japanese post office.


Can I go to your store and buy it?

No, we do not have a physical shop.
We sell products only online shop.
If you are in Japan, we will send you pack to your accommodation.


Can I get free stickers and markers?

If you order, we will add extra product to your pack.


Is there a free sample?

No, we do not do free samples.
Please make a small order before a big order.


I will promote you. So please send it free.

A broken item arrived.

If there is a problem with the item you received, please contact us immediately.

I want to return packs.

Returned goods due to customer's convenience will not be accepted.
If there is a defect in the delivered product, we will refund it.
Please contact us within 7 days after goods arrival.
