Shipping policy

**Note  If the quantity is large, your package may be subject to import duties.

Product delivery time:

In the case of products that are always in stock, they will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
If the product will be shipped after it has been ordered, we will inform you of the details by e-mail from our store.
*In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is out of stock, after contacting us by e-mail,
We will cancel your order and only deliver what we have in stock.

EMS, e-packet, FEDEX, YAMATO

Regarding returns, defective products, and cancellations:

*Conditions for accepting returns
We will only accept unopened and unused items that you contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.

Please note that returns/exchanges/cancellations are not possible in the following cases.
* Returns due to customer's convenience (image difference, size difference)
*When opened and used
* When damage, stains, etc. occur under the responsibility of the customer
* If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived

*Regarding return shipping and handling charges
In the case of initial failure, we will bear the cost.
In the case of customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the cost.

*About refunds
We will transfer the money to your designated account within 3 days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
